  • Nature of Products: All jerseys sold on jerseyflex.com are high-quality replicas or custom designs. They are not official club or brand merchandise.

  • Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur based on your screen settings.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase.

  • Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, standard delivery across India usually takes within one week (7 business days).

  • Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be subject to courier delays beyond our control.

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • All Sales Are Final: Because our jerseys and inventory are managed via a third-party fulfillment partner, we do not accept any returns or refunds once an item has been processed or shipped.

  • Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation only if the item has not yet been shipped. Once a tracking number is generated or the item leaves the facility, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
