Thank you for shopping at JerseyFarm! We are dedicated to delivering your favorite replica and custom football jerseys quickly and securely across India. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within India. We cover major domestic networks, cities, and regional zip codes served by our premium local courier partners.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time

Fulfillment Window: Because our inventory and customized production cycles are managed directly via our third-party fulfillment partners, all orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 5 business days from the date of purchase.

Business Days: Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays and festival closures across India.

Tracking Info: As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment facility, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS containing a live tracking link.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, standard delivery transit across India adheres to the following timelines:

Standard Delivery: Your item will be delivered within one week (7 business days) from the dispatch date.

Metros & Major Cities: Deliveries to major tier-1 cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata) usually arrive toward the quicker side of our window.

Rest of India: Shipments heading to remote zones or interior regions may require the full 7 business days to arrive safely.
4. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping fees are calculated transparently and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your payment.
5. Address Changes & Cancellations

Address Accuracy: Please carefully double-check your shipping address, pincode, and contact number during checkout. We cannot change delivery details once a package is picked up by the courier.

Cancellation Window: You can request an order cancellation only if the item has not yet been shipped. Once a tracking number is generated or the package leaves our partner hub, it cannot be intercepted or canceled.
6. Delivery Delays & Exceptions
While we do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you within a week, minor delays may occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control, such as heavy rain/monsoon conditions, peak holiday rushes, or courier operational backlogs.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If a package is returned to our hub because of an incorrect address or because no one was available to receive it after multiple attempts, a re-shipping fee will apply to send the package out again.
