Thank you for shopping at jerseyfarm.store. Because our inventory and fulfillment logistics are completely managed through a third-party partner, we operate under a strict No Returns / No Refunds framework for standard purchases.
Please read the details of our policy below before placing your order.
1. Final Sale Policy (No Returns or Exchanges)

Change of Mind / Size Issues: All sales on jerseyfarm.store are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind, no longer want the item, or ordered the wrong size.

2. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping: You may request to cancel your order and receive a full refund only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

After Shipping: Once our third-party fulfillment partner packages the item and issues a courier tracking number, the order cannot be canceled, intercepted, or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Exceptions for Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules of India, we will provide a free replacement or store credit if an item arrives with a genuine manufacturer fault or transit issue:

What qualifies: You received a completely wrong design/size from what you ordered, or the jersey arrived significantly torn or physically defective.

Reporting Window: You must report the issue to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Unboxing Video Requirement: To prevent fraudulent claims with our third-party fulfillment partner, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package seal being broken and highlighting the defect.
4. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If your claim for a defective or wrong item is approved under Section 3, a replacement will be sent out immediately at no extra cost to you.

In cases where a replacement is out of stock, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, in line with standard banking guidelines.
